Community Supported Agriculture scheme

Join us for the next part of our story and gain access to exclusive offers and experiences

Greystone Flowers is almost through it's second growing season and what a whirlwind it's been! With the driest spring in over 100 years and without mains irrigation, we have experienced the real challenges of farming in a changing climate. Despite this, we have planted thousands of plants and cut many thousands of stems for our retail and wholesale outlets and have learnt a huge amount in the process. We couldn't have done this without the support of our local community and of course all our amazing customers. With particular thanks to our year 1 CSA supporters, we have developed the infrastructure on the farm, protected the crops from the rabbits and we now have 48 fully planted rows of flowers, where 80% of them are perennial and are doing wonders for the soil and biodiversity.

Year 3 looks to bring challenges of a different kind where our expansion plans have been affected by the need for Severn Trent to install a clean water pipe from Hathersage to Worksop that impacts our current field. We've been in consultation with Severn Trent and our landlord - The Chapel Lands Trust - and we have the opportunity to move into the neighbouring field to continue to plant more flowers in 2026 and to help us mitigate this potential impact. Once again we look to our local community for their support in return for a whole host of flower-filled benefits exclusive to them!

By paying upfront for a 6 month season of fresh flowers, workshops and benefits, you will be helping us to further grow a sustainable business that promotes biodiversity and employment opportunities in the local area. Your financial contribution will greatly help us with the creation of our second flower field, whilst we provide you with an abundance of fresh, British grown flowers, experiences and discounts throughout the year in return.
