Returns & Refunds Policy

At Greystone Flowers we love creating beautiful flowers and want you to be happy with your order. As our flowers are fresh and perishable, our returns policy works a little differently from non-floral items.


Fresh Flowers & Plants


Due to their perishable nature, fresh flowers and plants are non-returnable once delivered or collected.


That said, if you’re unhappy with the quality of your flowers, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery or collection, ideally with a photo. If the flowers were not in good condition when you received them, we’ll happily offer a replacement, a refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.


Your statutory rights are not affected.


Non-Perishable Items


Items such as vases, candles, giftware, or accessories can be returned if:


  • They are unused and in their original condition
     
  • You contact us within 14 days of purchase
     
  • You provide proof of purchase
     

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is returned.


Online Orders & Your Right to Cancel


Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online order. However, this does not apply to perishable goods, including fresh flowers or plants made to order.


Non-perishable items purchased online may be cancelled within 14 days, provided they have not been used.


Custom & Event Orders


  • Custom arrangements, wedding flowers, and event florals are made especially for you and are non-refundable once work has started.
     
  • Any changes or cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours before the delivery or event date. Please see our full terms and conditions regarding wedding florals.
     

Delivery Issues


Please double-check delivery details when ordering. We can’t be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability. Re-delivery charges may apply.


Refunds


  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days
     
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault
